Do you know that your donation might be refundable? The Minnesota Political Contribution Refund Program will refund an individual gift up to $75 and $150 for a couple. Verify your eligibility by reading the application. We will send you a MN Revenue EP-3 receipt, which you will mail along with this completed application, to the MN Dept. of Revenue.
