Redistricting 2022

Effective March 2022, the Senate District 50 DFL was established. SD50 DFL consists of west Bloomington, and much of the southern and eastern parts of Edina. Please read Minnesota DFL Party Chairman Ken Martin's statement on redistricting here.

The interim leadership team, consisting of DFLers who were members of their respective Senate Districts before redistricting, is excited to get to know our new members and organize to elect Democrats in our new Senate District. The new SD50 DFL consists of part of old SD49 and old SD50.

We are working to update our various communication channels to reflect the new senate district name - including our website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, as well as email tools. Thank you for your patience during this time!
